Loving Cloudy Skies!
Just an example of why NOT to let the weather discourage outdoor photos. 
The day we took this picture there were thick heavy clouds and it was a little breezy.
The day we took this picture there were thick heavy clouds and it was a little breezy. We went for a little walk and while we were out we discovered just HOW BEAUTIFUL the clouds were and thought they would make an amazing background for a portrait!
Not only are they beautiful, they are very helpful too...because there are no shadows (or very few shadows) cast when there are thick clouds.
It made for an amazing photo with great lighting!
I think Aly looks absolutely angelic in this photo
(I know I am biased because I am the Mom, but don't you agree?)
...and of course, everyone that has been around Southern Arizona for a while, knows that if the weather isn't cooperating right now, just give it 15 minutes and you will get something different. :)
