Q: What type of photography do you specialize?
A: Land of Wild Designs primarily focuses (pardon the pun) on location portrait photography. We shoot: Seniors, Couples, Engagements, Trash the Dress, Families, Littles, Glamour, Couture, Modeling Headshots, Business Headshots, and more..... We also set up a small studio for Newborn and Boudoir sessions!!!

Q: What can I expect prior to a photo shoot with Land of Wild Designs?
A: We would love to schedule a consultation prior to the photo shoot. This can be in person or even via text or facebook messenger. We will make suggestions for poses and backgrounds/locations, but the photo session is really YOURS and we want you to be comfortable and happy. We are excited to hear what your ideas are and work to make them a reality.
Q: How long does a typical photo-session take?
A: Of course it will depend on several factors, but a typical individual or group photo shoot will last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Q: What if I schedule a photo session for my little one and the s/he isn't in the mood?
A: Land of Wild Designs does plan for additional time when photographing infants and small children. We understand that littles have their own schedules for naps, eating, etc. We want all of our clients to feel comfy and if that means taking a break while baby eats (or whatever) we are happy to wait patiently. Most important thing is that your little one is happy and that his/her parents are happy. If parents feel more comfortable rescheduling, that is also an option. (Amazingly, some of the sweetest shots can be captured when Mum and Dad are simply caring for their baby instead of each picture being posed.)
Q: When you say 'Location Photography' what do you mean?
A: By location, we mean pretty much anywhere! We are primarily a natural light photographer - so typically our 'locations' are outdoors. We have LOTS of suggestions for beautiful backgrounds - we hope you trust us with your photography needs!
Q: Do you offer discount codes?
A: Yes, keep an eye on the blog or Facebook and as discounts are offered they will be advertised. We would love for you to take advantage of the savings!
Q: What do I get for the session fee?
A: A session includes - time & talent of the photographer - editing of the images that are presented (all images you receive will be edited) - a private password protected gallery on the Land of Wild Designs website in the 'clients' section is an option - images posted on Facebook or Instagram with a signed release form - and more...
